These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TRON Gas Cashback Program website and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by TRON DAO and its affiliates ("TRON," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Services

The TRON Gas Cashback Program provides eligible TRON network users with cashback on gas fees incurred during qualifying USDT (TRC-20) transactions. The Services allow you to:

  • Connect your TronLink wallet to verify your identity
  • View your qualifying transaction history
  • Check eligibility based on wallet balance and transaction criteria
  • Claim and receive gas cashback to your connected wallet

Cashback amounts, eligibility criteria, and program availability are determined solely by TRON and may change at any time without notice.

3. Wallet Connection

To use the Services, you must connect a compatible TRON wallet (such as TronLink). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, including your private keys and seed phrases. We never request, collect, or store your private keys or seed phrases. Any transaction initiated through the Services is irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a gas cashback, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a valid TRON wallet connected to the Services
  • Have a minimum USDT (TRC-20) balance as specified by the program
  • Have completed qualifying USDT transactions on the TRON network within the eligible time period
  • Not have previously claimed a cashback for the same transactions

TRON reserves the right to modify eligibility criteria, cashback amounts, and program terms at any time. Meeting the criteria does not guarantee a cashback.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or game the cashback system through artificial transactions, wash trading, or other deceptive practices
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Services without prior authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Submit false or misleading information to the Services
  • Attempt to access wallets, accounts, or systems that do not belong to you
  • Circumvent any security measures or restrictions implemented by TRON

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Services are owned by or licensed to TRON DAO. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent. The TRON name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of TRON DAO.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRON AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE GAS CASHBACK, IF ANY, ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES.

9. Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with blockchain technology, including but not limited to:

  • Transaction finality — once confirmed on the blockchain, transactions cannot be reversed
  • Network congestion, delays, or failures that may affect transaction processing
  • Fluctuations in the value of digital assets, including TRX and USDT
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities or unforeseen technical issues
  • Regulatory changes that may affect the availability or legality of the Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRON and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Program Modification and Termination

TRON reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Gas Cashback Program or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. Any pending or unprocessed cashback claims may be affected by such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to decentralized autonomous organizations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
